A retainer of 25% of the total cost is required upon booking. The remainder of payment is due two weeks before the wedding.

Payment can be made via cash, check, vemo, cash app or Bitcoin.

Your retainer secures your wedding date and is non-refundable, as I turn away other couples once your date is booked. If you need to fully cancel, any payments beyond the retainer may be refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to your wedding date. If you reschedule, I’ll always do my best to transfer your booking to your new date (subject to availability).

Yes. I post all of my wedding films to my YouTube Channel, “Cherished Moments by Alexander”. This helps me broaden my portfolio & reach. My channel is not monetized and I make no income from sharing your film. If you have a desire to keep your film private please let me know!

Of course! There is a travel fee of 0.30 per mile for every mile after the total trip exceeds the first 100 miles. I am also available to fly to your desired destination wedding. Additional expense will apply such as flights, a flat meal rate and lodging.

My turn around time is 90 days. This allows for me to balance other bookings and apply the required time and effort to masterfully craft your film to perfection. The post production process is intensive and includes; color correcting, color grading, audio production, audio mastering, special effects, text effects and photo extraction. Of course, you can always purchase the expedited add on!

When permitted, yes! Drone footage adds a stunning cinematic perspective to your wedding film. I never fly during the ceremony or directly over guests, and I always comply with venue rules.

Coverage depends on the package you choose. Options typically range from 6 hours to full-day coverage, and I’m always happy to discuss custom timelines.

Unfortunately no. This is to protect my craft and ensure that all of the media published online is fully produced to perfection. If you receive your final film and feel you are missing an important part of the day I will always work with you to ensure it makes the final cut when possible.
